Yes, you can add the name of an intended guest to your booking. Before confirming your reservation, select "View" where it says "Guest," and you will be able to edit or change the guest’s name in the provided field.

Yes, you can make special requests such as an early check-in or specific room or amenities by contacting the hotel directly. However, please keep in mind that fulfilling these requests is at the hotel's discretion and subject to availability. Additionally, there may be additional charges depending on the nature of the request. We recommend reaching out to the hotel in advance to inquire about any special requests.

In most cases, the rooms booked through Hotel Donkey are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non- transferable, and non-modifiable. However, if your reservation is specified as cancellable/refundable during check-out, you may be able to cancel up until the date and time provided in your confirmation. It's important to note that all cancellations, refunds, transfers, and modifications are at the hotel's discretion, unless otherwise specified during checkout. Additionally, there will be a processing fee of 3.5% to cover the costs incurred from the payment processor. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of your reservation before booking.

To view your profile, simply tap on the person icon located on the app or tablet to access your account. From there, you'll be able to see your profile information, such as your first and last name, contact information, and any preferences or settings you've selected.

To edit your user information, first tap on the person icon on your iPhone or iPad to access your account. From there, select the field you want to edit, such as your name, phone number, password, or email address. Double-check your email address to ensure that you receive booking receipts and vouchers without any issues.

Hotel Donkey does not handle or store any of your payment information, so we cannot assist with changing your payment details. If you need to update your payment information, please refer to the payment processor used during the booking process or contact your financial institution for further assistance.

We are fully PCI compliant, which means we have been certified for maintaining a secure environment for handling payment information. All credit card payments are processed through a third-party server that is fully encrypted to ensure the safety of your information. When you book a hotel through Hotel Donkey, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store or process your credit card information nor provide it to the hotel. However, the hotel may require a credit card on file for incidentals such as minibar charges, damages, or late check- outs. The temporary hold placed on your credit card by the hotel for incidentals may vary in amount and is typically removed within 5-7 business days. This hold will appear as “pending” among your card's transactions. If you provide a debit card at check-in, a temporary charge may be placed on your account instead of a hold, which will be refunded by the hotel within 5-7 business days after your stay, assuming no legitimate incidental fees are incurred. Note that some hotels may not accept debit cards, so it's best to check with the hotel beforehand.
